Yay for Bridget Jones
I just went and saw Bridget Jones 2: The Edge of Reason, what a fabulous film. There's this one scene where she goes skiing with "Mark Darcy", and I laughed so hard that I was crying. My friend Kendra was laughing so hard at me, she almost fell off her chair, but that is something I like to do, I love making people laugh. Anyways, now I want to read the books. I found out that in the book the character stalkes Colin Firth (who, incidentaly, plays Mark Darcy). So it ties together well! But this might be a little bit of a garbled story, but I think I'm doing well for 3 and 1/2 hours of sleep.......mmmmm....sleeeepppp........ZZZZZZZZZZZ........
Ahem, I'm back. Anyways, just a little update today, because I need to nap.
a good book and a glass of wine
i'm not a huge wine drinker but sometimes it is exactly the thing you need when you had a bad day. A glass of red wine and a little bit of Sophie Kinsella can make anybody smile. If you've never heard of Sophie Kinsella you should check her out. She's a really funny author who write the Shopaholic books, I highly recommend them. I'm in the process of trying to get my boyfriend to read them, and I will suceed (little does he know). But seriously I love you Leo.
So to finish up here, I hope i've enlighted someone.
I gotta go make supper....sigh...... the life of me.
First Blog Ever!
Well, I find myself with the task of trying to write something.... something amusing perhaps? My mind is actually drawing a blank.
I saw a very good movie the other day. "A home at the end of the world". It is a fabulous film, not to be watched by the faint at heart though.
But I'm going to go now and try to think of something really witty to write about next time, it'll be good, I swear!
